If you are planning a solo trip to Udaipur, you are in for a treat. The city has so much to offer that when the time comes to bid goodbye, you will want to stay back for a couple more days!

The cuisine comprises a wide variety of lip-smacking dishes, ranging from spicy starters, hot, crunchy breads, delightful curries, and pickles to chilled, tangy drinks and sweet savouries that will melt in your mouth.

The history of this particular cuisine goes back to the city’s culture. Also, most of the dishes you will find in the cuisine are made of ingredients depending on their availability, for example, certain seasonal fruits and vegetables.
